Set Up Rules
- All exhibitors
may enter the cafeteria at the Nordonia Middle School the morning of the event at 8 AM.
- Please
check in at the registration table when you arrive.
- Please park in the parking
lot behind the Middle School. We will be loading and unloading through
the back door of the school. We will have student ambassadors available
to escort you through the building to your exhibit table.
- You will be furnished an 8’ straight
table, three chairs and a table placard. All exhibitors must restrict their displays to their assigned tables. No extending
in the aisle or other exhibitor’s space.
- Music
for videos, etc. must be kept at a level that does not annoy your neighbors. We expect all exhibitors to show respect to the
other exhibits and camp fair guests.
- A complimentary
continental breakfast will be served for exhibitors from 8 – 10 am. You
will receive two complimentary vouchers to be redeemed at our concession stand. Additional food and beverage will be available
for purchase.
- Special
needs must be communicated to us at least two weeks prior to the event.
- You may
not dismantle your booth prior to 1:30 PM for any reason.
- If you do not adhere to
all of the rules, you may be asked to leave (without any refund) and will not be permitted to attend this event again.
